  I wish could rate lower than one star. I attended a viewing here for a close friend. Let me just say how unimpressed I was with this mortuary. The attitude of the directors and staff are so unprofessional and unwelcoming. From the moment I stepped in, I was really disappointed in the attitudes that Holbrook Mortuary directors had. It was almost like we were a bother to them being there for the deceased. And I don't think I have ever heard or seen any Mortuary argue with a family about putting out all of the flowers for the viewing. It was awful, it was so uncomfortable. Not to mention that my beautiful friend LOOKED NOTHING LIKE HER NATURAL BEAUTIFUL SELF. I understand she is no longer full of life but the overall presentation was repelling. I couldn't believe they presented her like that. Out of respect for her and the family, I wish it was a closed casket. I really am so disappointed at how awful this place is. I highly recommend going elsewhere, unless you want RUDE and UNWELCOMING funeral directors (who show nothing but attitude), to help you during your time of grief.
