Some really beautiful headstones. We saw the grave of Frances Monson, President Monson's dear wife. It was really pretty. A lot of early Mormon leaders are buried there, like David O. Mckay, and many others. He also saw a family of foxes throughout the cemetery. It was fun. The kids even liked it.

Walking through the historical burial sites is wildly interesting and truly tells a story. Seek out some of the interesting stones and you'll likely also discover a large herd of deer that occupy the grounds. I really enjoy walking around here seeking out the stories that abound here.

Beautiful location in the historic avenues of SLC. There's the catholic cemetery adjacent to the public cemetery. Beautiful trees and very well kept. Every grave marker is a history lesson. A peaceful place to contemplate life and recharge for the afternoon.

Grave diggers have grim reapers on their van. Stay Classy Slc cemetery.

Utah history buffs will enjoy seeing prominent Utah leaders who are burried here. It would be nice if the sections of the cemetery are marked (like the map). The map system is difficult to understand and no explanations to how plot numbers are found
